SeaBeIM Scenario - Location Based Instant Messenger

Knowing the location of a customer is a precious asset for institutions such as Cellular service providers. Location is an estimation of a mobile phone geographical positioning, based on pre-defined BTS geographical coordinates. Location based services are information services accessible with mobile devices through the mobile network and utilizing the ability to make use of the location of the mobile device.
