ETH has a decade long history in pioneering Telecom technologies in India. ETH was one the first brands that led privatization of Internet Services in India and triggered a massive price war with its innovative offerings. Over the years we have gained subject matter expertise in the OSS/BSS domain for narrowband, broadband, wireless as well as DTH services.

We provide customized solutions around ethOSS, our complete management solution catering to the complete operational cycle of telecom operations involving:

  • Build. The TRIMS component helps service providers manage the complete process of rolling out telecom infrastructure.
     
  • Sell. The 'sell' function handles complete pre-sales and sales activities for retail as well as enterprise leads.
     
  • Manage. The integrated NMS handles network monitoring, real-time provisioning and de-provisioning.
     
  • Bill. The highly configurable and scalable Real-time Convergent Billing Platform handles prepaid and postpaid for multiple services in a single installation.
     
  • Care. The integrated helpdesk system handles all customer related issues, be it sales, finance, technical or billing, and provides useful reports that lead to useful trend analysis

Our competencies

ETH has been offering services - both Products and Applications to the Communication Service Provider industry - Wired and Wireless. We have full understanding of the various aspects of Operational Support Systems / Business Support Systems such as Order Management Systems, Service Activation and Provisioning Systems, Workflow Management Systems, Customer Care and Billing Systems, Revenue/Service Assurance Systems, Network Management systems (adhering to FCAPS functionality) to name a few. The Telecom Software Development group in ETH is well conversant with the new Service Offerings in the areas of Wired, Wireless, IP Multimedia Systems, IPTV, VoIP etc. The team has been developing the core competencies in Service Provisioning & Activation, Service Level Management, QoS and Billing required for these service offerings to meet the business challenges.

With extensive experience on multi-play technologies, at ETH we have defined five core stages in the operational life cycle of any multi-play service, which starts with building / rolling out of the network & service, making it available to Sales & Marketing in the selling phase, managing the network & services during the operations phase, billing & revenue realization for use of service by Customers and finally to provide Customer support services.

Based on these stages ETH has conceptualized and developed several innovative products and solutions using State-of-the-art technologies / processes for Wired & Wireless Broadband Services over Wi-Fi and WiMax.
