With extensive experience on
multi-play technologies, at ETH we
have defined five core stages in the
operational life cycle of any
multi-play service, which starts
with building / rolling out of the
network & service, making it
available to Sales & Marketing in
the selling phase, managing the
network & services during the
operations phase, billing & revenue
realization for use of service by
Customers and finally to provide
Customer support services.
Based on these stages ETH has
conceptualized and developed several
innovative products and solutions
using State-of-the-art technologies
/ processes for Wired & Wireless
Broadband Services over Wi-Fi and
WiMax.
